Online Ordering Process
When you place an order through Zoe Christian Bookshop’s website, it will automatically generate an e-mail to us with details of the items you wish to purchase. We will then confirm stock availability and generate a pro-forma invoice including delivery charges that will be e-mailed back to you within 1 working day. Upon confirmation of payment we will dispatch your goods via our Courier services.
You will not be required to make payment online upon check-out. Only once you have received a pro-forma invoice from Zoe Christian Bookshop, will you be required to make an EFT into our bank account before the goods are dispatched.
All prices quoted on the website are in South African Rand and include VAT of 15%. Delivery charges are excluded from the price and will be communicated to you together with confirmation of your web order on the pro-forma invoice.
Zoe Christian Bookshop reserves the right to modify the prices of products available on its site at any time, without prior notice. Prices indicated online may differ from prices indicated at our store, because of Web specials or in-store specials.
Delivery Charges and Services
At Zoe Christian Bookshop we strive to arrange delivery of your order in the quickest and most economical way possible. We review each order individually and factor in delivery address, weight and size of your order.
We make use of the PostNet service as one of the delivery options and through PostNet we can deliver anywhere in South Africa provided that the area has a PostNet branch. This will be a Counter to Counter delivery system where you will have to collect from the PostNet branch.
If you have opted to have your order delivered by Courier – the exact shipping amount for your order will be calculated on your order confirmation. Zoe Christian Bookshop uses The courier Guy Courier Services. Each delivery has its own unique online tracking number that is communicated to you once the goods are dispatched. Shipping charges can be updated at any time with or without prior notice. To ensure that delivery is not delayed, please provide an address where there will be someone available to sign for the parcel.
Zoe Christian Bookshop’s Website is not an e-commerce site, so you will not be required to make a payment online upon check-out.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order together with a pro-forma invoice detailing the products as well as delivery charges. Once payment is made via EFT into our bank account, we will arrange for dispatch of your goods within 2-3 working days. If there are any delays, you will be notified as soon as possible.
All our prices online include VAT of 15%.
Online Product Availability
Zoe Christian Bookshop makes every effort to keep a sufficient inventory of all the products offered on its website. However, the availability of these products changes daily and is not guaranteed. We will confirm product availability together with your order confirmation via e-mail. Zoe Christian Bookshop will make all reasonable efforts to notify the customer when a product is no longer available.
The information contained on this website is subject to errors and omissions. Information is provided by third parties and Zoe Christian Bookshop accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Zoe Christian Bookshop inspects all products carefully before they get dispatched from our warehouse. However, in case your goods arrive damaged, defective or not as per your order, we will do our utmost to rectify the situation. We do not provide refunds, but will replace any such products. Please note that the following products will not be accepted for a refund and will only be replaced with another copy of the same product: DVD’S,CD’S, MP3’S and Computer software.
Damaged and defective goods need to be returned to us within 14 days of delivery together with a proof of purchase. This can be done in person to Zoe Christian Bookshop (No. 37 Rietfontein Road, Boksburg West, 1464) or by notifying us within 48 hours of receipt of product and where possible – we will arrange for collection. Zoe Christian Bookshop will replace all such items and cover delivery costs of the new shipment.
Although we take great care in checking all items before dispatching – In case of wrong items delivered, the client must return them to Zoe Christian Bookshop within 14 days. This can be done in person to Zoe Christian Bookshop(No. 37 Rietfontein Road, Boksburg West, 1464) or by notifying us within 48 hours of receipt of product and where possible – we will arrange for collection. All the products must be in original condition and packaging and returned together with a proof of purchase. We will replace the incorrect items and cover the delivery charge of the new shipment.
